In the forex market currencies are always priced in pairs; therefore all trades result in the simultaneous buying of one currency and the selling of another. The objective of currency trading is to exchange one currency for another in the expectation that the market rate or price will change so that the currency you bought has increased its value relative to the one you sold. If you have bought a currency and the price appreciates in value, the trader must sell the currency back in order to lock in the profit. An open trade or position is one in which a trader has either bought/sold one currency pair and has not sold/bought back the equivalent amount to effectively close the position.

What is Forex Trading?

Foreign Exchange (forex) is the simultaneous buying of one currency, and selling of another currency. Daily volume in the currency market exceeds $1.4 trillion, making it the largest and most liquid market in the world. Unlike other financial markets, the forex market has no physical location or central exchange. It is an over-the-counter market where buyers and sellers including banks, corporations, and private investors conduct business. Foreign exchange trading takes place in financial trading canters all over the world, including New York, London, and Tokyo creating one cohesive, international market. The huge number and diversity of players involved make it difficult for even governments to control the direction of the market. How is a blood test normally done?

· The vein used for blood sampling is usually on the inside of your elbow or back of your wrist.
· A tourniquet (tight band) is usually placed around your upper arm. This makes the vein fill with blood and makes it easier for the blood sample to be taken.
· The skin over the vein is usually cleaned with an antiseptic wipe.
· A needle is then inserted into the vein through the cleaned skin. The needle is connected either to a syringe, or directly to blood sample bottles.
· When the required amount of blood is taken, the needle is removed. The small wound is pressed on with cotton wool for a few minutes to stop the bleeding and prevent bruising. A sticky plaster may be put on. The blood is placed in bottles

What is blood made up of?

· Plasma, the liquid part of blood, makes up about 60% of the blood's volume. Plasma is mainly made from water, but contains many different proteins and other chemicals such as hormones, antibodies, enzymes, glucose, fat particles, salts, etc.
· Blood cells, which can be seen under a microscope, make up about 40% of the blood's volume. Blood cells are made in the bone marrow by blood 'stem' cells. Blood cells are divided into three main types.
o Red cells (erythrocytes). These make blood a red colour. One drop of blood contains about five million red cells. A constant new supply of red blood cells is needed to replace old cells that break down. Millions are released into the bloodstream from the bone marrow each day. Red cells contain a chemical called haemoglobin. This binds to oxygen, and takes oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body.
o White cells (leucocytes). There are different types of white cells such as neutrophils (polymorphs), lymphocytes, eosinophils, monocytes, basophils. They are a part of the immune system and are mainly involved in combating infection.
o Platelets. These are tiny and help the blood to clot if we cut ourselves

LIVER ?

The liver is in the upper right part of the abdomen. It has many functions which include:
· Storing glycogen (fuel for the body) which is made from sugars. When required, glycogen is broken down into glucose which is released into the bloodstream.
· Helping to process fats and proteins from digested food.
· Making proteins that are essential for blood to clot (clotting factors).

· Helping to process and/or remove alcohol, many types of medicines, toxins, and poisons from the body.
· Making bile which passes from the liver to the gut down the bile duct. Bile helps to digest fats.

Medication which you can buy over the counter such as Anti inflammatory pain relief and Paracetamol are usually suitable for simple back pain. The trick is to keep what practitioners call a “pain relief therapeutic level” this means that rather than waiting for the pain to come back with a vengeance; if you take the medication as instructed usually either four hourly or six hourly depending on the medicine the pain relief will be more balanced and you will be able to get moving earlier.If you are taking any other medication you should always consult with either your own doctor or the pharmacist as to the suitability of the pain relief medication.
